Hirosaki University International Students Participate in the 2014 Ceremony Conferring Hirosaki-shi Private Foreign Student Scholarships

On Wednesday July 9, 2014, a ceremony was held at Hirosaki?City?hall to confer private Hirosaki-shi half year foreign student scholarships upon the Hirosaki-shi private foreign student scholarship project recipients. In attendance were six of the 39 Hirosaki University students, in total, that had been awarded scholarships, along with Dean Totsuka, Faculty of Education.
