On February 20th, 2015, the agreement for academic exchages and cooperation was conclued between The Shirakami Institute for Environmental Sciences, Hirosaki University and Botanical Garden-Institute Far Eastern Branch Russian Academy of Sciences (Russia), to be beneficial to all concerned including biology and environmental education.
